Easy Telecom Palwal - airtel franchise (as told by owner)
No Customer support takes minimum 24 hr. to fix complaint
Easy Telecom is the airtel broadband provider ( (as told by owner) in city Palwal, Haryana. I had airtel broadband connection through Easy Telecom Palwal, Haryana.
After using 2 month i found that if you get any problem in your broadband then you need to wait atleast 24 hr. to fix it. They never take their customer problems seriously because they don't have extra staff for support. only one person attends complaints and if he is not available for 1 week then u also need to wait for 1 week as there is no backup for him.
My broadband break down two time once for half day second time for 2 days and no one come to fix it becoz that support person not there for 3 days. So i cut the connection and ask them to refund my security they deny to refund my money, by saying its not applicable if u cut connection before 1 year.
how can some one work with this kind of internet service without support where service depends on one person and no other option. its their fault and I lose money becoz i signed on a form where they wrote no refund before 1 year.
If Some one looking for the internet connection in Palwal plz don't go for this provider (Easy Telecom), they have no support and no respects for their customers.
This is the worst experience i had in my life with some one.

I Agree with above. Dont take Easy telecom connections.
